What kind of roles do we have and how do you apply ?

Welcome to the application page – you’ve taken your first step towards a new and rewarding career! With the relocation to our new offices in London and ambitions plans for growth across our footwear and apparel markets, it’s an incredibly exciting time to join us. That’s why we’re only looking for people who have the knowledge, skills and abilities who can really take up the challenge, dynamic professionals who have what it takes to take us to a whole new level. Still interested?

The recruitment process

To apply for any role you’ve seen advertised, please use the table adjacent and click on the appropriate link. When you’re ready to submit an application, use the details available on the page to send a copy of your CV to our recruitment partners, together with a covering email detailing the role(s) you’re applying for, why you’re interested, your salary expectations and where you heard about the opportunity. We also request that you put the job title of the role(s) that you’re interested in applying for in the subject area of your email and that you make us aware of any reasons as to why you may not be able to attend an assessment centre in the next 6 weeks.

Shortlisting

Once your application has been received, our recruitment partners will then review your application to see if you demonstrate the skills, knowledge and abilities that we are looking for. You’ll be notified of the next steps that we’re taking with your application within 5 working days. If we wish to speak with you further, you’ll be invited to participate in a telephone interview.

Telephone Interview

The telephone interview will take 30 minutes to complete and will be arranged at a time that’s convenient for you. The interview will explore areas of your application further, and once completed, you’ll be notified of the next steps with regards to your application within 5 working days.

Assessment Day

If you’re successful through the telephone interview, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment day. This day will allow us to obtain a better understanding of how you fit the role that you’ve applied for and our business as whole. To achieve this we’ll ask you to complete a number of exercises that have been specially selected, based on the role you’re applying for. By using these exercises we’re not trying to catch you out – we just want to make sure that you have the fundamentals to be a great success if we decide to offer you a position! Furthermore, we believe that it’s important that you have all the information you need to make a decision as to whether we’re the type of company that you want to work for. So, on the assessment day itself, you’ll also have the chance to meet some of the team that you’ll be working with if you’re successful.
